Everything will be in writing and clear beforehand. After reviewing the travel plan, Wisata America will issue soft quotation, and if its accepted an Invoice will be issued. A payment of at least 50% of total invoice needed. Once the traveller arrived at US, the 50% of outstanding balance need to be paid. Final Invoice will be issued after if there is additional charges that occurs during the service, such as overtime, extension, etc.

If after the payment Wisata America call off or cancel the service, All payments made to Wisata America will be returned. If the cancelation made by travelers, there is no money returned unless agreed before and its stated on the quotation/invoice.

Wisata America doesn’t help get Visa and Traveler must apply himself to the embassies related. Except for Pilgrimage and Middle East countries tour, Wisata America can only help and give information about how to get the visa in that countries. Please check the embassies website to get the accurate information.

Mostly Bank Transfer. However we also accept Zelle, Credit Card, Paypal, and Cash. Wisata America will always send Receipt upon Payment.

Although Wisata America was registered on April 21 2023, but we have been operated for 25 years under different company. All activities were under different company name.

Yes. Wisata America will ready at the airports, train or bus stations you want us to pick up. From there we drive you to your hotel and/or whenever the itenary says.

Other than a driver who is going to drive you around, you will be also guided, escorted and helped during the tour. Our Driver will recommend best places to go, what to see and where to go. All are friendly drivers and will try the best to serve you and make the tour fascinating.

Depend on what is the type of change(s), We are flexible for canging plan as long as its still doable. Also traveller bear additional charges to accommodate the changes. In such Wisata America will give you the charges upfront of the additional cost so travellers can make decision on whether to continue change the plan or stick with the previous plan.

The vehicle will be based on the Quotation the Traveler order. It could be Simple Sedan, Van, Minibus, or Elite Lux premium SUV such as Cadillac Escalade, or Chevy Suburban. Traveler decide which one the choose, and a chauffeur will be driving the car and serve you during your trip in US

In such circumstances Wisata America will generously return the money after deducting charges that had occurred before, such as Car Reservation cancelation fees.

Its all included and summarized in the quotation sent to traveler. There are option in which Traveler could choose. If traveler prefer to pay in net included all prices, Wisata America will sent quotation based on Nett Prices. If Traveler choose to pay those, the quotation only for the rent of vechicle and not others expenses.

Tips is not required but recommended. It’s the basic thing in US of all services job. There is no standard of tips amount but rule of thumbs could be categorized into 3 level that are: Below, Standard and Super/generous. Standard is 15% of total stated in Invoice. Below or Over it, its up to Traveler to decide. Wisata America doesn’t enforce tips because we believe that traveler will be voluntarily and generously give tips if they are happy with the service, without having to be asked.

If asked, YES. Wisata America will make those booking on your behalf. We will need your name, ID, and other informations needed. However for bookings that requires payments, Wisata America will make sure to collect those funds before making those reservations.
